Use of SUBPAC during pregnancy

Women that are pregnant or who could possibly be pregnant should not use the SUBPAC until they have first spoken and received advice that it's okay to use it directly from their doctor.

While research does not suggest any known danger or negative effects to the mother or fetus, we believe it's prudent to discuss this directly with your primary care physician or obstetrician who can advise you based on your specific circumstances, before you use any SUBPAC or other tactile audio device.

If your doctor advises that it's safe for you, we strongly encourage you to keep the intensity at very low levels, and to minimize the time you expose your body to vibrations.
